Ingredients: Wild Harvested Arnica cordifolia flower infused in Helianthus annuus/Sunflower Seed Oil; Olea Europaea/Olive Fruit Oil; Cera alba/Beeswax; Tocopherol/Vitamin E; Helichrysum Italicum/Everlasting flower oil.

Use: Rub on affected areas when needed. For topical use only.

Caution: Avoid if you have allergies to plants in the sunflower family.
