Arnica Ease – Original is a rich, oil-based herbal cream created for deeply worked, well-used bodies. This original formula offers a slightly more nourishing, longer-lasting feel on the skin, making it especially suited for massage, recovery, and sustained comfort after physical exertion.

At its heart are wild arnica flowers respectfully foraged in the Yukon, harvested by hand with care, gratitude, and deep respect for the land. These resilient alpine blossoms are infused into nourishing oils to draw out their traditional anti-inflammatory virtues.

Nourishing Oils + Essential Oils

A slow-infused blend of sunflower, sweet almond, and olive oils carries the herbal medicine deep into the tissues. A grounding essential oil blend of lavender, rosemary, peppermint, juniper, birch, carrot seed, and benzoin offers warmth, circulation support, and a softly resinous, forest-rooted aroma.

  • Aroma Borealis Herb Shop has become a community staple that was born in 1998 from Herbalist Beverley Gray’s love and passion for wild medicinal plants. Aroma Borealis operates in the wilderness city of Whitehorse, Yukon and creates and sells all-natural bodycare, aromatherapy and herbal skin care products in addition to herbal teas, all of which have been inspired by the plants of the northern Boreal forest and the people who live here. 

  • Fringing the northern part of the planet, the Yukon is vast,  rich in plant and animal life, its ecology has been and is essential to the dietary,  medicinal, and spiritual health of Yukon indigenous people for thousands of years. We acknowledge and are grateful to work on Yukon First Nations lands and on the traditional territories of the Carcross/Tagish First Nation, Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the Ta'an Kwäch'än Council.
